Printing

Printing in Morris Library is free.

All public workstations have one printer available: Morris Free B&W.

The Alienware computers in front of the Reference Desk have two options: Morris Free B&W and Morris Free Color. Only the Alienware computers and the accessible computers will have access to color printing. The color printer has been moved to the Reference Desk area to help better monitor its use.

Each printer will be clearly labeled to make it easy for students to know where to pick up their documents:

• B&W Computer Pickup: Documents printed from any computer
• Color Pickup: Color documents printed from the Alienware or accessible computers

Available paper sizes:

• Standard: 8.5 x 11 inches
• Legal: 8.5 x 14 inches
• Ledger: 11 x 17 inches, by request

For 11 x 17 printing, students can email Library Systems their document or be directed to Room 221, where student workers can assist them.

Scanning

• Scanners are located on the first floor near the Information Desk.
• Scanning is free.
• Scanned files can be saved to flash drives (memory sticks), the temporary drive (T:) or emailed to oneself.
• For help with the scanner, please contact the Information Desk.
