An article about using iPads in library reference service written by Morris Library’s Humanities Librarian, Stephanie Graves, and its former Fine Arts Librarian, Megan Lotts, was the sixth most-read piece in College & Research Libraries News in 2012. The journal is widely read and prestigious in the library field.

Graves and Lotts recount the experience of librarians at Morris Library using iPads to aid patrons in a “roving reference” service pilot project in 2010. During regular hours, a librarian was tasked with moving around the library building, helping patrons with research questions at their study spaces.
